Cooking with the Master (Chef)

Last week, I took a break from fashion, and spent the morning cooking with the most influential chef, Michel Roux Jr. Whilst sharing his family stories of smuggling French ingredients over the border to UK (Pre-EU!) for his father's restaurant, to cooking his wife's recipe for tart tatin for me, I had the most fun.

He was promoting a set of pans that he cooks with in his Michelin starred restaurant, Le Gavroche, called Green Pan, and also his wonderful, inspiring and simple cookbook, Cooking With The Master Chef is available to buy from Amazon, now for £13.49 (was £25).
